How to wake up:
- Fill a bottle of water before bedtime and leave by your bed.
- When the alarm goes off, immediately reach for bottle and drink it up.
- Once properly hydrated, step out of bed; bazook into your day.
I use a 0,75 l. camelbak-bottle that allows me to keep my horizontal position while drinking. ( www.camelbak.com ) This is amazing. (They don’t pay me for posting this, unfortunately……yet.)
